Images of Humanity

Q. What you say about my spontaneous imagery resonates.

The expressions I witness seem random and without coherence, and I wonder what might bring coherence to it? If meditation 'unifies the scattered parts of the mind', and somehow this must be an expression of a particular level of mind, then what might bring greater coherence to this level? Just more meditation?

Hmmm I’m watching the human drama, seeing humanity being played out, creation and destruction, and new bodies just keeping coming and coming, and I'm also in one of those long lines of people... where is freedom in that? There must be something about waking up.... Is there a way out of the endless cycle of birth and rebirth...?

A. You've answered your questions....

The one who is witnessing all those lines cannot be in the lines. It's a god's-eye view. Only a creator can witness and watch his/her creation. It's the eye in the triangle (I Am).

It's the Mother tenderly watching her soldiers, scholars, priests and struggling pilgrims marching through the aeons.

Coherence is not in the 'level' but beyond it. Art would not be beautiful or emotionally moving if it were not a free expression of multitudinous images, light and dark, joy and suffering etc. But the Artist is one. The Artist decides and moves the brush, choreographs the dance, and has an intimate relationship with the result, loving and understanding but casting off at the same time.

Perhaps it is an initiation into the Great Mother for you?

These musings are responses to a context, a time, a place, a query. Another time, another context. An angle slightly different, a different response, perhaps seemingly in contradiction.

But Truth is present if it resonates truthfully, and in the process should generate more questions...
